 Communication and Dissemination Riduci

With the communication and dissemination activities, we intend to reach identified key-actors and target-groups, in particular forest-owning farmers, forest owners/holders, farmers, forest entrepreneurs and forestry-owning sawmills, wood fuels consumers, decision makers and other stakeholders not participating in the WPs mentioned above (training courses, study tours, DEMOs field…) .

In order to disseminate as much as possible information and project deliverables, the project co-ordinator together with project partners will inform target groups and key actors constantly about the progress of the project for its full duration. The project partners are largely spreading the main results of the project to the different target groups and key actors and to all identified stakeholders as well.

- AEBIOM newsletter

AIEL together with the partners prepared during the project a description of the running or done events to insert into the AEBIOM newsletter which has been published and sent to its targers; this information were mainly regarding the project as whole and some other activities which project's consortium has been carrying on.

During the project running 4 communicative flash-news (see above in the box) have been sent to AEBIOM and published on its newsletter. Through these news the BTC project Consortium promoted and disseminates across EU the main project deliverables (Handbook, SRC booklet, inauguration of BTC events, international wood fuels catalogue, BLTC Guidelines). Some deliverables have been attached by AEBIOM on its website in the publication corner.

Promotion of the concept of biomass logistics centres at international trade fairs

For strengthening the international disseminating of project deliverables, especially toward the new EU member states, the consortium took part at 6 international events both in old and new member states.
We organised 3 stands - for disseminating project deliverables (Brussels, Graz and Slovenia) – printed 3 posters of the project, and took 5 lectures concerning the BTC concept and project.
The consortium took part at 2 events in new EU member states (Ukraine and Slovenia) and 4 in old EU member states. Nevertheless the event in Brussels permits to disseminate the project deliverables also toward new EU member.

Articles

At national level we wrote 35 articles on technical review with high readership across pilot regions for promoting the BTC project and its deliverables.
