One of the task of the BTC project is to provide also for potential investors in other countries the main information how to set up and develop a businnes model of Biomass Trade & Logistic Centres at regional level.
The Consortium prepared a so called Generic Guideline in English and also partners traslated and adapted it into national languages. The title of the pubblication is: "Biomass Logistic & Trade Centres: 3 STEPS for a successful project realisation".

The BT&TC Project actions reverberate their effects into the regional laws
As regards the italian situation and in particular in Veneto region, as a consequence of the previuos motion submitted to the regional government as results of the meeting in Verona, the regional law proposal (PDL) N. 67 has been approved and converted into regional law (modifying L. n. 8/2006) in January 2011. This new law is introducing the possibility by the forest entrepreneurs to build new BTC over agricultural land. Now the italian partner AIEL is supporting the technical office of the Veneto Region to set up the practical rules to implement the principle stated in the law.
